Minimum nightly stay requirement of 2-3 nights may apply during certain season. Maximum allowable occupancy is limited to 6 persons.

Blackberry Barn requires its guests to return Blackberry Barn to its check-in condition upon departure. Floors should be broom clean and tables wiped.
